I serve teams by grounding all work in strong, authentic relationships sustained by care. With a humanist sensibility and law degree, full Spanish professional proficiency, and years of experience in the private and public sectors mixing tech, education, creative design, and human rights, I am comfortable in the boardroom, the virtual office, and the world’s backroads. I excel at both high-level strategic thinking as well as creative and gritty doing when generating the ideas, processes and systems, and human capacities necessary to achieve goals.
Back to the USA in the Fall of 2023 after ten years in Mexico, I closely partner with a diverse group leading award winning Mexican NGO Psicología y Derechos Humanos PSYDEH. Grassroots PSYDEH is a paradigm-changer for other nonprofits operating in Mexico and worldwide because of our needed models for empowering women to drive community-led development, and for securing the resources we need to sustain this work.
I advise on all facets of organization life with a specific focus on development and local-global partnerships, strategic planning and communications, and programmatic thought leadership. Prior to Mexico, I was based in Washington, DC working as a consultant for a leading public-sector leadership training program, an executive with a virtual reality technology start-up, and as an analyst-lawyer for an international dispute resolution group with global law firms.
